The issues that are discussed in the article I found are about a huge rebel group accused of rapping hundreds of innocent civilians in July and August of this year. They have been arrested for these accusations. They have had a hard time proving these rapes but have some what of 500 men, women and children victims. People think that this is just another event that adds to the deteriorating Congo. I agree in a sense because it seems like one after another another terrible event or injustice occurs that just tears the Congo down.

With so many possible victims how is there a question whether or not these rapes happened? Is this a result of a corrupt government system?
